Scoring Breakdown

Match Wins

1 point for each match win (Singles or Doubles).

Sets Won

2 points for each set won (based on official tennis scoring).

Bonus: 1 extra point if your player wins the match in straight sets (2-0 for best-of-three or 3-0 for best-of-five).

Games Won

0.5 points for each game won in a set.

Aces

1 point for each ace served.

Double Faults

-0.5 points for each double fault committed.

Break Points Won

2 points for each successful break of serve.

Total Points Earned

1 point for every 10 points won during a match.

First Serve Percentage

0.5 points for each percentage point above 60% on first serve.

Tiebreak Wins

3 points for winning a tiebreaker.

Match Duration

1 point for each 30 minutes of match time (rounded up). Longer matches mean more points!

Bonus Points

Player of the Tournament Bonus
If your player wins the tournament, you’ll receive a 20-point bonus.

Upset Win
If your player beats a higher-ranked opponent, earn 5 bonus points for the upset!

Clean Sweep
If your player wins the tournament without losing a set, you’ll receive a 10-point bonus.

Penalties

Injury Retirements
If your player retires from a match due to injury, no points are awarded for that match. However, the opponent receives 5 points for a match win via retirement.

Match Walkover
In case of a walkover (player pulls out before the match), no points are awarded for the match. You will need to adjust your team accordingly.
